Smile Thank You Forum

Yesterday I was at one of New Jersey's many malls, and when I came out and went to my car, the factory alarm went off. This has not been a problem as I learned that 2 turns to the right will re-set it. Well this did not work this time around. The car would not start. So I sat in the parking lot and lit up a smoke. Then I remembered reading somewhere in the forum that the drivers side sometimes gets worn out because of constant use, but the passenger side is hardly ever opened by key. So I tried it. I stuck the key in the passenger side door, turned it twice to the LEFT (opposite side, opposite turn), ran around to the driver side, jumped in and it started right up! So as you can see, it really pays to read this forum. Down the road, some obscure piece of information you pick up here may someday pay off. Thank you to everyone who posts info and replys to peoples questions. This is a real service we perform for each other, and the Supra community should be proud!
