I am in the middle of some very frustrating issues with my 1989 Toyota Supra Turbo and want to thank member 'cre' for the continued help and support.
'cre' has offered very sound advice on what may be causing my problem of over rich and cutoff conditions.
I have printed out a hard copy of the online repair and service pages.
The http://www.cygnusx1.net/supra/library/TSRM/ , although through does leave some gray areas in the TSRM Toyota Service Repair Manual and the EFI Electronic Fuel Injection/TCCS Toyota Computer Controlled Systems

Fortunately and just by chance I discovered

www.autoshop101.com a Toyota supported resource about Toyota systems.

These technical documents are all available in .pdf format and are very detailed in the explanations of how the various sensors and system relate.

I hope this information will assist anyone looking for answers to their problems.
