The e-brake/parking brake drum assembly on the Supra is on the rear, and uses the surface area inside the mounting section of the rear rotors as the brake drum. It's a wholly mechanical system as opposed to the hydraulic system used on the regular brakes. The pads for the parking brake are very thin in comparison with the regular pads, and aren't available aftermarket.
