well if u have enough dough i would say go with a 2jz gte swap and u cant go wrong. but it might cost more than the 7m. if u go with a 1j the parts are harder to find from what ive heard. the 7m is a great motor to and the parts are semi easy to find and power is pretty good to. so in my opinion i would stick with the 7mgte

Okay i can jump on ebay and theres alll kinds of stuff for both motors. Im hesitent for a ij bcz i fear its toyota sr20. I dont wanna be an sr kid. I mean shiit what do i do? I want power reliability and cheap kinda and not to bust ass putting it in..

so over all how hard is it to run the harness and put the motor in? i have a r154 already but done i need a special bell houseing?
