Can anyone find a 93-98 Single Turbo, White, Manual, 6spd, Black Interior, Wingless, and below $15,000.

Good luck buddy consider turbocharged stock Supras 93-98 are TT and below 15,000....not gonna happen...

Not going to find a single turbo, they wheren't made, it's an aftermarket mod of the TT setup to one turbo with more boost.
You might get an N/A for that much, but lowest I've seen tends to be around $25k for a stock TT... |
