Ok. Well. I have a few questions actually...here we go.

The first question, how it is answered will determine if you the others questions are even relivant, so if its NO, then dont even worry about the other questions, if it is YES. then proceed.

Question 1: Is it possible to swap a twin turbo/6 speed supra engine of the same year 93-98, easily, into a non-turbo 5 speed/automatic chassis. Will there be any fitment problems?

Question 2: Are the physical body structures the same between a non-turbo and turbo car? Such as motor mount positioning, are they the same? Tranny mout positioning the same? Bracketry and cable lines the same? Routes the same?

Question 3: The rear end between both the turbo and non-turbo, are they similar? Can the non-turbo rear end hold up to a turbo motor? Could the physical non-turbo rear end's housing be used to build a quality rear end for power? Are the driveshafts similar?

Question 4: Does anyone know where there is a blown up turbo or non-turbo supra that is for sale? it CAN need to have work.

besides the engine, tranny, and misc. parts that are used for the clutch system, the cars are exactly the same. The only thing outside of that I can see is that the Turbo's came stock with limited slips in the rear, and swapping from an auto to a manual the rear end gear ratio is different.

The other minor thing I can think of is the gauges and maybe the holes in the body for the parts to pass through, but usually there is a line scribed or something.

Overall, if you can get your hands on the drivetrain parts, I would make the effort to do it if it was my car. Keep in mind that the getrag 6-speed tranny is NON-SERVICABLE, if it's screwed up, you can't get it rebuilt, and a new unit is $6k, and a good used unit is about half that and up. Keep that in mind if you do find a wrecked one up for sale, if the engine and tranny are good (hell, the diff could be swapped too), grab it
