Default vibration in motor/ Help

I have a 1987 turbo supra. love the car but it has a bad vibration coming from the motor it think. It starts around 1800 rpm. I dont know if its the clutch or harmonic balancer? I just had the motor rebuild. could it be something internal? I am stuck and would realy be thankfull for any help. Btw it dose it even if the car is not moving. Or if the clutch is in or out.

I assume if the engine was rebuilt, then the engine was probably removed. Its not uncommon for the engine mounts to become damaged when removing the engine. Worthwhile checking the two side engine mounts and the rear one under the tranny are not loose or damaged. Are you running with the stock crankshaft pulley, the reason I ask is that if you change the pulley for one of those shinny bling ally ones there will be no counter balance on the end of the crankshaft.

Well glad its not what i thought it was.
One of those pulleys was my problem
the center one that keeps tension on the rest.
