I'll bet the '90 wire harness is different than the '86.5 harness. An exorcist or an electrician that can read wiring diagrams will be required to fix this. Even if you can find an '86.5 harness, you'll need a diagram to insure it is hooked up right. Wiring harnesses in these advanced EFI cars are not to be screwed with, especially with clubbed hands. You need to services of a good auto electrician to fix it.

Ok So If I Get Anew 86.5 Harness Wich I Think I Found And A Pin Out Diagram Start From Scratch I Should Be Good So..... Does Any One Out There Got A Pin Out For A 86.5 And Or 90 That I Can Possably Get The Link To? Cause I Just Dont Have The $$$$ Right Now For A Tech

Is the ECM a '90 or the original 86.5? Plus, I've haven't seen a 'pin-out' diagram, but just the standard wiring diagram from the TSRM. This page, Mk3 Supra TSRM (Toyota Supra Repair Manual) Links/Downloads , has a wiring diagram for the '86-'88, and the complete '90 TSRM. Maybe you can compare the two, and get the wiring harness to connect properly.
