It appears by the label (and many oils come ready for LSD), implies you can put it in without additive. This is probably true.
The additive was needed for the regular oil to allow a little more 'slip' of the clutches (inside the diff) when making turns. So it wouldn't 'chatter', and wear out the clutches early. If your diff has never been rebuilt, with new clutch pack, then the LSD is probably not working (worn out) anyway.
