A bad seal in the turbo could cause it to spray oil into the pipe'n my hoses looked like that before i got a rebuilt turbo, no more evidence of oil spray afterwards.
Crack in the plastic part of the radiator?.... Is it leaking coolant? Perhaps i am mistaken but i don't recall see'n any plastic on my radiator
