your bullet proof getrag is going out? never heard that one before. we are talking 6speed right? well im sure you know these transmissions are hard to find for cheap. but if you want a second hand one, look for some wrecked vehicles that came with them, mk4 supra, r34 skyline, and ive heard that the tt dodge stealth/mitsu 3000gt also had them.
