Nice! Did you make that custom adapter plate yourself? If so, can you tell us anything about how you did it?

NB: Please consider posting any help requests in a new thread instead of asking me for help privately. About 99.9+% of the time, private help requests end up covering great information that could be very valuable to other forum members. If you have a good reason for needing the help request to be private, I'll consider it. If not, then why not give everyone else the opportunity to pitch in too, and/or learn from the information? Remember, there's no such thing as a dumb question. We're all here to help within this family of Supra owners.

Hi. No I did not. I had it made at an Engineering shop close by. New Engineering. They also made a custom flywheel and custom 2 pack clutch. (3 pack wouldn't fit and I did not want them to cut on the box itself. 2 pack is good for 1000bhp though)

My friend is doing my chassis here is a pic or two.

Cheers

I will have to post pics of the body later. First have to reduce the photos in size. They won't upload here.

Default Nice Set-up

Very nice power train. I actually found this by googling "2jz to 01e adapter". I was thinking about outsourcing this to BNC, but might just use your local engineering co. Did they indicate a rated capacity for torque, power, weight, etc.?

Is motor stock or built? Trans?

I'm in design mode right now, and both components seem to be just about bullet proof with the right mods.

Hi mate,

Motor is standard. I have already bought a Garret GTX35R turbo and will be using a local ecu (Dictator) to try and get to 800 BHP. Already bought a 100mm throttle body etc. Also LS1 coils.

Remember I am located in South Africa. New Engineering reckons the custom 2 pack clutch is good for 1000BHP. Not sure how the 01e would stand up to that though. What I have heard at the local race track is that I should not have any problems.

Cheers.
