Default BOV or no BOV

I will be recieveing my single turbo kit soon and once I get it installed I am deciding if I want to get a different BOV or not. For years I have heard what I want my car to sound like but I never know how to get the turbo flutter sound. (I think that's what it is)

The sound made by the supra at 2:45 and at 3:51

You do need a BOV for sure, and it needs to be large enough to protect the turbo from compressor surge and pressure build-up when you quickly take your foot off the accelerator (eg. to shift with a 6spd). The size/flow of the BOV is what is critical, not the sound. Without a BOV of sufficient size, your turbo's life will be negatively impacted.

Either dual SSQVs would be fine, or one Racing Type II.

Why would I need to upgrade to dual if one SSQV can hold up to close to 50psi?

Its about flow capacity, not pressure
