Be assured, you got a great deal! You definitely wont see yourself coming and going every day as Baltics are fairly rare.
Looks like your car came with a set of lowering springs a bit lower than the norm. For a good replacement spring set, use eibachs (NOT Pro's), combined with KYB adjustable shocks.
