18s aren't that bad (only about 6% difference for the suspension geometry to handle). My main point is that you might also consider different springs (ones that don't lower your Supra as much) to solve the speed bump problem. After that, if you still want bigger rims, then get them ...but only because you want bigger rims. Make sense? There are several spring options to choose from - please let me know if you'd like some recommendations.
