I took my stock intercooler piping off last night, I did notice the i/d is a little smaller then the set I purchased which is all aluminum, my new set is 76 mm which is 3 inch, so I am thinking the size wont be that much of a difference. Going to a project! Will keep you posted this winter! Thanks!

Got most of the intercooler pipe done, here are some pictures of my progress. I was able to get rid of all the stock tubing but did use one of the angle boots that came with the car that goes into the intercooler as it is a perfect fit! So basically now it's all 3 inch pipe from the intercooler to the intake! Plus, I think It looks cleaner.:offwall: I do have to still order the t-clamps and work on securing everything so it doesn't move.

Just curious - Do you think you'd have had room for this modification if you still had the oem clutch fan in there? |

no not a chance, maybe if you went with the 2.5 inch, it's a tight fit even with those electric fans, i supposed you can make anything work if you work hard enough. cody |
