Why do you want to "give it a port and polish"? :rolleyes2 The 2jz-gte will put out 1000hp with no headwork.

One turbo is cheaper than two.

A bone-stock 2jz-gte with the oem twin turbos will do 400hp easily, with no modifications other than 'bpu'. You won't need any "turbo up grades" to make that power level.

The >>>STOCK<<< twin turbos are sequential; most aftermarket twin turbo kits are paralell. The STOCK twin turbos spool up quicker, since they're smaller and they're operating in series. There's no advantage to a larger, aftermarket (parallel) twin turbo kit.
Oh, and keeping the stock twin turbos are typically cheaper than buying and installing any aftermarket turbo kit.

Single "BIG" Turbo is better then twin turbo as he said

That's not necessarily true.
What if the twin turbos are "BIG" and sequential??? I meant exactly what I wrote.

why dont you get one big one and one smaller one so you have one that spooled up quick and one that spools up when you really have your foot in it, i've seen it done and it ran great
