heres a update the motor is back in the car we ended up going with cp pistons, eagle rods, balanced the whole thing but left the head stock after running out of money the car should be running this weekend so i'll be reportin ghow it does and if we fixed the problem.
side note most of the sensors were replace knock, cramk trigger, cam sensors, etc.. |

IT LIVES!! we fired her up friday and no check engine idles smooth i've only drove it up the block but it seems to be doing well so i cant tell you what the problem was the car did have a wore out motor but that wasnt causing it to run like crap.. thanks for all of your help paw

agreed it was one of those sensors that caused this whole mess, so for those that read this thread the car had a wore out motor but that was'nt the cause of it's problems we replaced all but on esensor on the motor which was the front cam sensor, sorry to say i can't tell anyone what was the real problem with the car. thanks to pwp for all of his help.i'll post up some eye candy. |
