The accurate, concise answer to your question is: "about 1300rwhp". However, you may not have the same assumptions about restrictions on other modifications as I do (or lack thereof). Therefore, I'd ask you to clarify if you mean a bone-stock Supra? One with upgraded turbos, fuel system, ecu, etc? Built engine? Race fuel? Pure methanol? Methanol injection? etc. etc. As you can see, there's a LOT to consider so you actually asked a pretty complicated question. If you can, please clarify so I can maybe give you a better answer than a guess at what you were thinking...

Yes indeed he did (ask a complex question). It would really help if u could be more precise about what your asking about. Heres a supra with 1500whp boost only

Twin 71mm's? Are you 100% sure? Even twin T66's is an outrageous setup.

Also, with 93 octane fuel you won't be able to run much boost at all. You're probably looking at about 450rwhp at most unless you use meth+water injection. Oh, and there's almost no practical way to make the setup useable if you're actually talking about twin 71s and 93 octane fuel.

If you have a single 71mm turbo, and you allow for meth injection, that would be a much more realistic scenario...

Twin 71s would not be driveable on the street. It'd be a drag-only or top-speed-only setup. By the time it spooled without nos, you'd be whining at 8000rpms. If you spooled it with nos, there's no street tire in the world that would launch it.
