Actulay you don't use a blow off valve to regulate psi. All a BOV does is let the pressure escape from the intercooler piping when the throttle boddy cloeses. If the pressure does not escape it will travel back to the turbo causeing it to spin backward and put unkneeded stress on the turbo. If you want to controll boost you need a boost controller, either electric or manual.
