I'm certain the n/a diff is completely different (eg. gearing, LSD capabilities, etc.).

To answer your question: I am not 100% sure, but my best guess is that a 6spd TRD LSD would not fit into an n/a diff.

Why not get an entire oem Mkiv Supra Turbo 6spd diff and swap it out?
