Sorry to say, but I agree with the previous posts!
To do what you want to do is probably going to cost you double if not more than just buying a 2JZGTE from the start. And not to mention the possibility of mis-matching parts, things that don't fit, trying to re-wire the whole car etc. A N/A Supra is like comparing a VW Beattle to a WRX. Yes the engine is of the same design and principle but that's where the similarities end. Be patient, save your cash and buy a Twin turbo. I was just like you and waited almost 6 years to buy my Supra. In between I was looking at all kinds of other cars and models to buy and do up, but at the end of the day the end of the tunnel only leads to a Twin Turbo 6 Speed Series 1. You will not regret it all, I guarantee it!! |

Thank you for your replys.
I will take your advice on this and wait for the perfect supra TT to come along. although I would have liked a nice long project.
