Your first questions depends on what year the car is. I believe that from 93 to late 95 JDM Supra's all had the smaller front brakes on them except if the bigger brakes were ordered as an optional extra from the Toyota factory. Late 95 or early 96 Supra's all had the bigger brakes on the front.
If a Supra has a VVTi engine it should be 96 Model or younger with the bigger brakes. Small brakes and VVti could mean an engine transplant in an older Supra!

As for the Diff's all Turbo's had the Torsen (Torque Sensing) LSD Diff.
