Have you tested if there's spark? Flip the coilpack sideways, put a couple of spare sparkplugs in it, ground the base of the plugs, and then turn it over.

Default ok i tried removing a coil pack

I pulled it out with the spark plug attached still so i can see if there is any spark. My brother cranked it over and i viewed the spark plug and there was not spark. So my guess no it has to be the igniter that is bad. Anybody know where i could get one for a good price.

Fwiw, I'd strongly recommend you get a brand-new one from Toyota. A few national 'yota dealers will sell parts to Supra owners at a discount, including Jeff Watson of Champion Toyota (800)327-2087, or Curt Aigner of Elmhurst Toyota at (800) 337-4358.
