Default AEM software question

I just purchased a supra and it has an aem in it. im very familar with other systems out there. The tables read in m/s pulse with etc. I seen someone else's computer and they had it setup to read actual air fuel. The dash board would show it as well as the fuel map, target a/r, etc. I have been playing with it for an hour trying to figure it out. downloaded new software from aem but cant seem to get it. Can someone help configure my computer so it will show actual a/f. then the fuel map with show rpm on the horizontal colum and a/r on the vertical. right now its rpm and load

NB: Please consider posting any help requests in a new thread instead of asking me for help privately. About 99.9+% of the time, private help requests end up covering great information that could be very valuable to other forum members. If you have a good reason for needing the help request to be private, I'll consider it. If not, then why not give everyone else the opportunity to pitch in too, and/or learn from the information? Remember, there's no such thing as a dumb question. We're all here to help within this family of Supra owners.
