Default 5spd to a 6spd

Would the 2jz 6spd trans work with the 7m if i were to use the 7m bellhousing?

no it won't, different bell housings and tranny won't fit in as a direct drop. much fabbing is needed

Well it will fit without modding the tranny tunnel, its the shifter linkage that has to be modified, other than that only tranny mounts are needed, but the bell housing on the Getrag is one with the tranny, so it cant be adapted to a 7M bell housing.
