Default Being retaaaaded

I cannot for the life of me get the dome light casing to come off to replace the bulbs. How do you pull it off? Are there little clips i need to push in?

Its really hard to do but try to pry the plastic out where it touches the head liner closest to the windshield sometimes it takes two screwdrivers and two hands Then you should be able to get it off, I broke my first one and had to go to a junk yard to get a new one.

well see heres the deal. both lights went out at the same time, which makes me think its the fuse... however i only know of one fuse box in the engine near the battery. all the fuses in there are find. is there another one somewhere else i need to check or is there another issue that might be at hand?
