Planning on upgrading to 7M-GTE

Hey, my 7M-GE just shit the bed and instead of doing an engine rebuild I'd like to just upgrade to the 7M-GTE. I need some help with what else I will need to get (parts etc.) and do in order for this to go smoothly.
