Default Cams

Will 2jz na cams work in the 7mgte/7mge motors? Also would a 2jz crankshaft work with the 7mge motor?

why not just swap it for one of the 3 jz engines (1jz, 1.5jz, 2jz) or balance your crank for a higher redline?

Well i dont have money pouring out my ears it more of a 2008 project im going to try to do, Im just going to have my old 7mge laying around so why not try to rebuild it but ill probly get the crank balanced but im going to be getting a forged one and i found some cams on supra store that look a little more promising then the 2jz cams, and i dont have to do any modifications to the engine.

Forge rods, forged pistons, (oversized .20) take it and get it port and polished, new cams with a slight lope, new vavle's triple angle valve job over sized 1mm if i can afford it, metal headgasket arp studs. That all i can really think of off the top of head that i want to do to it but i have a while i have all next year to get the parts and get the engine apart. and see what i want to change and what i want to leave alone. And maybe turbo charge it, if i can find all the parts i need.

I want to get a nice reliable motor, and some desent hp gains without turboin it, cause im not one hundred percent sure i want to turbo charge it i would be nice but it would be cool to have a bad ass na supra, but i want to be able to turbo charge i want to be able to open that door in the future lol.
