well I use vacuum plugs on the two hoses and a plug on the vacuum line itself and it ran but sounded like compressor surge but then again there is the video of an STI with a Tial BOV
im using a 7psi spring is that to low

i dont know if those are adjustable or not, if it is loosen it up, if that doesnt work go to your auto store and pick up some white lithium grease and spray it inside the BOV and push the valve up and down, make sure its not sticking, cause i know my ssqv never worked untill i sprayed some lithium in there. so id recommend giveing that a try. other than that make sure you are useing a good vacume line.

no andrew its not working i think...

I'll try anything right now so I'll probably buy some lithium white grease tomorrow at autozone and try it at auto class.
I use the same vacuum line that goes to the stock BOV and im using silicone hose

edit: the TIal is non adjustable
