check to make sure the EGR is fully working operation

IF all else fails, check the coolant temperature sensor. This could be the very cause.

Nothing worse than spending in the neighborhood of $300.00 for a sensor.

$255.00 for a knock sensor from the dealer.

Looks like I am going to try to drop the gas tank and see if the fuel pump is a new one. The guy I bought it from said he just changed it but I don't think I believe anything he said.

As far as I can tell all the sensors look good, after the fuel pump I think I may take my multimeter to every sensor I can find ohm readings for.
