Default How Big should I go

I have a 90 mk3 supra with a single turbo 2JZ, the stock wheel setup and suspension gives me nowhere near enough traction, im about to get new coilovers and rims but i dont know what size to go..people are telling me to go with 18x9 in the front and 18x10 in the rear or 19x9 and 19x10..Im not sure what to get cuz i dont know how big i can go without messing up the ride..what do yall think would be the smoothest ride and best bet

I seldom rotate my tires, but some people do it like religion. To rotate, you will need the same size rims and tires on all 4.

I like 18x9 with 40 sidewalls.

I took my car to the drag track to see what kind of time I could pull I did alright but I cant get it to grab. I would spin for 70 feet or more then catch. I know I need a LSD I am in the process of that but if I put a offset in the back would that help. I thought about a set of 18x9's in the front and a set of 18x10's in the back. I mean I tryed dead idle start and even starting in second gear to no avail. I have w rated directionals on my car and that didnt even help I got beat by a el camino for gods sake but he spun too. Oh yeah and I didnt drop the clutch I slide it into gear slightly smoking the clutch that didnt help.

Ok I was under the impression that the LSD was a option but I just looked in my TSRM and it only shows the rebuild for one type of diff. Well anyways I still spin like crazy but when I am on the road and at speed then it gets scratch in 1st through 4th. And I raced this guy in a RX8 with a turbo kit smoked him in fourth starting at 55 lol got to love these supras ( and a kid that doesnt know how to tune right because his turbo banged out and I think he broke somehting).
