Check your cold start injector, make sure the plug is connected.
or Cold Start Injector Time Switch might be out of specs, again check the connection. FI-77 and FI-112 show you how to check them. http://www.turboninjas.com/mk3supra/...-EFISystem.pdf Those are the two easiest things to check for a cold start problem.
