i was wondering if it was the BOV. it'll warm up all the way to about 1/4 inch beneath the H mark so i didnt wanna hurt anything so i would always back off when that happened.. its definitly not constant. it heats up on the freeway. i was thinking possibility with the turbos.. constantly spooling at a certain RPM and causing heat. cause when i coast.. the temp drops. sitting the temp drops of course the turbos in those cases arent spooling.. i have the stock hydro fan cause suposably they push more air.

The turbos being oil cooled really wouldnt heat it up that quick and cool off that quick. Did you use the radiator temp sensor or did you wire it out of the system. Mine isnt connected and the fan runs full blast all the time. other than that check to see if your thermostat is working properly and yes I know it sucks to get to. Also try disconnecting the plug for the temp sensor in the radiator and run it down the road then if it doesnt do it then just leave it disconnected.
