Check your ignition timing sounds like it is a bit off. If not that I would check the TPS ( throttle postion sensor) to make sure it is rigged right. But I am thinking it is your timing.

You could also try checking your Vacuum lines... I had a couple routed to the wrong place (oops) and a cracked one, and it was causing a very low, sporatice idle that would occasionally stall the engine. Also, if I revved it up real quick then let off the gas almost always it would immediately stall.

could be a reallt bad vacuum leak,
but when you said it revs, how high can it rev
does it rev to only 2000-2500 rpm?
could be the AFM too

go check the wires on the afm, sometimes it gets pretty brittle and when the engine, moves or you hit a bump, it can break

thats what happend to me, so try looking at that one and let us know what happens
