Default sandwich plates

so i was hooking up my sandwich plate so i could throw in and oil temp gauge and a new oil pressure gauge. i had it finished and i went back under the car to make sure i had no leaks, and there was a leak.im not sure if you guys know much of the sandwich plates. i had it tight in all spots, it lloked to be leaking for the top, or mabe another input screw towards the top. any advise on to why this is or how to install this correctly, maybe i did something wrong? any help would be appreciated.

Is it leaking from one of the large O-rings or one of the side ports? I didn't quite follow. Over tightening it, the same as with an oil filter, can distort or worse tear the large O-ring.

im not too sure, i thought it wa a side port at first, but i felt around the top and it feels like theres space on one part and no space on the other. one part is touching and one isnt if that clarifies. but i also think its the wrong size. It fits correctly, but im not sure, i jsut think its the wrong one. But now i can't get the darn thing off so I'm in more trouble
