Has anyone built a Intercooler?

The HPs gained from the A/C cold (evaporator) will be lost to the A/C compressor HP load.

If it worked, there would be "kits" for sale all over the internet.

I see, thanks for the links MrNickleye, and thanks for everyone else for your imput. I'm putting some more ideas together for the intercooler design so thanks again!!
