looks like he rerouted the recirculating valve's vacuum line.

possible aftermarket FPR.....on thisd picture along with the metal head gasket...dont see a BOV....may be under bumper,,,,,

nevermind...just checked my engine pics,...and the stock BOV is still there...and no it hasnt been re-routed...

I actually think that it's a BOV off a Saab... I have seen the engine quickly the other day...
