Don't ditch the charcoal canister, if anything replace it with a smaller one from a newer vehicle. It gives the gas that would other evaporate out of your tank somewhere to go until it can be used by the engine.

As for the EGR removal, if you're doing for looks, fine. But it also helps reduce your combustion temps and has been proven on the dyno to make no noticeable performance difference whatsoever.

It is on the thermostat housing it has two vacuum fittings coming off of it
