Good luck with it, keep us posted!
While there are a lot of shops that I know that get "high marks" it's usually the owners who slack or cheap out, killing the car. The owner's the one who beats on the car daily, even a bad mechanic only gets a shot at it every so often.

I get 22mpg on the highway, and 16mpg in town.
My kids '99 Camry with 2.2L get 30 highway, 20 town. I used to run a bit bigger tire, 255-50 x 16". They are about 1" taller than stock. With them I was getting 24mpg hiway, 17 town. I switched back to stock because it lost some getup and go around town.
