Default Higher rpm sputter

hello again it's me
does anyone know what the deal is

when i get into higher rpms like 5000 plus my car loses power and begins to sputter it does it more when i switch over to high boost and when i try to go aver 100 mph all i get is sputtering and loss of power

i'm thinking that the cam timing is off a tooth or something

i have an hks valve timer that acts as a boost controller so i can switch between stock 12 and 15

i'm pretty sure the hks unit gets rid of fuel cut

thanks for the help
