You'll shoot yer I out.

If it's doing it when you roll, and your'e driving it.
It's going to get worse. This isn't the kind of thing you want going out while your'e on the bypass or interstate. I wouldn't drive it unless I had to.

But i'm the kind of guy that'll not go to work because my car is sick.

i checked the ball joints and their ok. i squirted some WD40 on the rubber stops and it hasn't made the noise since. i guess it was just a coincidence that it got worse after i aligned it

I wouldn't think so if you replaced with oem.

But you will know within a mile of driving if it needs to be or not.

Actually, whenever you take apart anything in the suspension you should have the alignment checked.

It does not take much (like 1/8-1/4") to cause your tires to start wearing out prematurely.

When I replaced my lower ball joints, it seemed like there was not gonna be any difference in it, but the steering wheel was off center about 2".

I'll be changing my lower control arm bushings soon, so I'll wait to align it after that.

Its best to replace at one time, all the suspension parts that need it, so you only have to align once.
