Default My other car!

So my blue car is at Rrev Motorsports getting a few things done. So I'm left with nothing but time...

I bought this beauty awhile back and wasn't sure what to do. It obviously had a bad headgasket because its a 7m :icon_bigg So I tore it apart and put it back together!

Not a bad platform to work from.

So I fixed the HG so good it shouldn't ever blow on me again. Of course I went with a MHG. I'm not done yet but since it fired up today I'm jumping the gun a little. I'll update the thread as I wrap it up.

Here is where we stand

Mods are:
Mines ECU
Chinaman y pipe and downpipe (motherfucker to install even on the pallet)
Blitz Nur Spec exhaust (thanks for the help Tom)
K&N fliter
Koyo Aluminum Radiator
Front mount and hardpipes (from Driftmotion of course)
REAL Tial BOV
Suspension Technique lowering springs
Braided brakelines
Spec Pressureplate w/ stock disc

Nice work. Beautifull job.

That's also a pretty clean 7mge.

Nate, why the hell would you swap out a perfectly good GE for a sewing machine? Lol. That's a very clean swap along with a very clean car. The next Supra I get is going to get a 1j in it. I can only hope it'll come out as clean as that. How was it lengthening the harness? Pain in the ass?

I'm curious as how lengthening the harness went too. Thats a beautiful 1J. Is it auto or stick?

So what do you mean, you replaced the head gasket in the 7M or the 1JZ?

Thats an ultra clean engine bay you got there.

I thought he was saying he changed it on the 7mge engine. I could be wrong though. That's just how it read to me.

Yeah thats what it sounds like, but then he posts pics of a 1jz kinda throws me off.

I looked a little harder and I saw the clutch master cylinder so it must be stick, but what trans did you use W58 or R154?

Im an idiot I just read the mods, Spec Pressureplate w/ stock disc

I didn't extend the harness, I drilled a hole under the speedo hole and ran it through the dash. I turned the ECU around and the harness reaches. I sent my body harness plugs from the 7m and the 1j engine harnesses to Driftmotion and they made a PnP harness for the body connectors.

I'm using a R-154 and a 3.73 lsd. The car was originally an auto without a LSD.

What I said about the headgasket was a joke, I fixed the HG problem (with the 7m) by getting rid of the 7m... My blue car with the 7m will soon be over 700rwhp. So if anyone can make that joke it would be me
