You may try a dremel. I know mine has helped me alot and you can get it into places that you can't get to with a drill.

Edit: If you go this route get the pencil grinder attachement.

I appreciate it. I've got a cheapo dremmel (no pencil attachment) but I may try it anyway. Heading out there now
