What's the 7MGTE's limit

Sorry if I jack the thread but I ddnt wanna start a new one since I believe its going to be the same topic

I have built jdm 7mgte motor
Stock intake manifold
But I have the hks headers ready at least a 35r turbo with at least 70 trim

How much boost will the engine hold up?
I'm lookin to boost at 30 psi max
Or should I play it safe with 20
And I will b doing it with 100 octane gas
And how much horsepower should I be expecting

Here's the list of mods
aftermerket 31x12x4 intercooler
All hard pipes
Full 3" side exit catless, no muffler
exhaust
35r turbo
Manual boost controller
Stage4 clutch
Hks 50mm wastegate
And an afc controller

I wanna run at least 12 secs this year in the 1/4 mile
Would this be achievable with this setup?
