Exclamation how to remove tierod

I am changing the rack with a used one I got, I am not able to get to old outer tierods off the used one....they are really stuck in there, any suggetsions of how to remove without damaging the rack?

ill tell u how to remove it when i remove my Tie ROd prolly this weekend..i have a simi broken tierod on my right side so ill post it up to u..and i do these stuff with my friends with limited tools in the hot as sun in long beach cali...

where in the TSRM does it tell you how to remove abd replave the steering rack? I could not find it
