Help With BUY

hey im looking at a 1988 toyota supra N/A for only 800
problems
it has a broken oil pump supposidy which could mean bad engine
and it has a swapped engine which is still the 7mge supposidly the other one was blown..so it has a 65k engine with new clutch and tranny..i dont know what to do i know oil pumps you hve to pull engine so it could be pricy..so what should i do???
