na engine with 3" exhaust?

I have been told i will lose low end power cause of the increased exhaust, i mean they put 3" on turbos cause they have more back pressure which means they need a more open exhaust, i wish there were dyno test results or somthing lol if i get mine down i will dyno it before the exhaust and then after see what the results are
