Default Braking Problem?

I have an 87 supra turbo, and at speeds of 60+. When I go to apply the brakes, my pedal is super hard and cause to car to fishtail.Under 60 mph, the car stops fine. It is scary and dangerous, to drive it on the highway( I dont even drive it on the highway anymore). Can someone please help me, I need to fix this problem ASAP.. I would greatly appreciate the assistance with this matter.

it sounds as if your booster doesnt hold vacuum or the car is not generating enough vacuum at high speeds to fill the booster....!!!

does the pedal get hard at those speeds?

aparently it does...lol..
anyways, check for vaccuum leaks or that the vacuum hose that leads to the booster is properly attached . that could be a sign of bad piston rings or valves..
but check the obvious first.

Default scary breaks

Check your two front calipers to see if they are seized up , that is the only thing that i can think of as it sounds like 95% of your breaking power is being sent to your back wheels , hope this helps- Karl
