You might want to try taking off the bellows that feeds the turbo from the afm and try spinning the impellers. It could be locked up. There could be other problems, but you might want to see if the turbo itself is working first.

i dont no half the things u guys r sayin because im an uber turbo noob. I need pics ersomethin lol sry. And if i rev the engine in neutral shouldnt i hear the whoosh

Are you in new brunskwick NJ? I could come by and look at it, thats like 30 mins from me. And you cant get a factory turbo 240sx, they never sold them to america. Youd have to buy an sr20det and stick it in there. The KA motors suck anyways lol. Those cars have no power.

Im standard and i think i figured it out. Huge whole in one of the vaccum lines.
Im not in Nj Im up in NB canada thanks neways tho.
